1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding PakPhantom to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use PakPhantom.

These Terms apply to all users of PakPhantom, including server administrators who invite the bot and members who interact with it.

You must also comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using PakPhantom.

2. Service Description

PakPhantom is a multi-purpose Discord bot that provides:

• 236 dot commands across 6 categories
• 22 interactive games (casino, word, arcade, board, quiz, classic)
• Fun interaction commands with GIFs
• Marriage and relationship system
• Virtual economy system with coins
• Utility tools (reminders, notes, polls, etc.)
• API-powered content (weather, animals, anime, movies)
• Pakistani/Desi cultural content

All features are provided free of charge with no premium tiers or paywalls.

3. Eligibility

To use PakPhantom, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord in your country)
• Have a valid Discord account in good standing
• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service
• Have the necessary permissions to add bots to your server (if adding the bot)

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PakPhantom in a manner that is:

• Respectful — Treat other users and the bot with respect
• Lawful — Only use the bot for legal purposes
• Fair — Don't exploit bugs or loopholes in games or economy
• Reasonable — Don't spam commands or intentionally overload the bot
• Appropriate — Use features as intended, not to harass others

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Exploiting Bugs — Using bugs, glitches, or exploits to gain unfair advantages in games or economy. Report bugs instead.
• Automation — Using selfbots, macros, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with PakPhantom
• Spam — Excessive or rapid command usage designed to disrupt the bot or server
• Harassment — Using PakPhantom features (interactions, marriage, etc.) to harass, stalk, or bully other users
• Impersonation — Pretending to be a PakPhantom developer or staff member
• Reverse Engineering — Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the bot's source code
• API Abuse — Directly accessing PakPhantom's APIs or database without authorization
• Scamming — Using the economy system to scam other users
• Alt Abuse — Using multiple accounts to farm economy rewards
• Illegal Content — Using the bot to distribute or promote illegal content

6. Economy & Virtual Currency

PakPhantom features a virtual economy system with coins. Please note:

• Virtual Only — PakPhantom coins have no real-world monetary value
• No Real Trading — You may not buy, sell, or trade PakPhantom coins for real money, cryptocurrency, or other virtual currencies
• No Guarantees — We reserve the right to reset, modify, or remove economy data at any time
• Fair Play — Exploiting the economy system (alt farming, bug exploits, etc.) may result in balance resets or blacklisting
• Gambling Disclaimer — Casino games (slots, blackjack, roulette) use virtual currency only. No real money is involved

7. Intellectual Property

• Bot Code — PakPhantom's source code, algorithms, and systems are the intellectual property of the developer
• Branding — The PakPhantom name, logo, and branding are owned by the developer
• User Content — Content you create through the bot (notes, reminders) remains yours
• Third-Party Content — GIFs, images, and API content belong to their respective owners
• Website — This website's design, code, and content are protected by copyright

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on PakPhantom without explicit permission.

8. Service Availability

We strive for maximum uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service:

• Uptime — We aim for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee it
• Maintenance — Planned downtime may occur for updates and improvements
• Outages — Unplanned outages may happen due to hosting issues, Discord outages, or other technical problems
• Feature Changes — We may add, modify, or remove features at any time
• No SLA — As a free service, we do not provide a Service Level Agreement

9. Limitation of Liability

PakPhantom is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use PakPhantom
• We are not responsible for data loss, including economy balances, game statistics, or other user data
• We are not liable for actions taken by other users through the bot
• We are not responsible for third-party API failures or content
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

10. Termination

By You

You may stop using PakPhantom at any time by simply removing the bot from your server. You can also request data deletion through our support server.

By Us

We reserve the right to:

• Blacklist users — For violating these Terms or engaging in prohibited activities
• Blacklist servers — For servers that consistently violate our Terms
• Reset data — For users who exploit bugs or use automation
• Discontinue service — We may discontinue PakPhantom at any time with reasonable notice

Blacklisted users will be unable to use PakPhantom commands. Appeals can be made through our Support Server.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made:

• The "Last Updated" date at the top will be updated
• Changes may be announced in our Discord support server
• Continued use of PakPhantom after changes constitutes acceptance

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or PakPhantom shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pakistan.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
